So with the first of school starting, I've been reading all sorts of
finger plays, stories and lessons about a "Mouse":
"Listen still as a
quiet MOUSE"...
"If you give a MOUSE a cookie"...
"MOUSE paint", and best of
all...
"Morty MOUSE likes to munch and munch"....I have to admit this year
as I've been doing these lessons and stories I've had to cringe and
shutter because MORTY MOUSE AND HIS FRIENDS HAVE BEEN AT MY HOUSE!!! and
I'M HERE TO TELL YOU THAT MORTY MOUSE IS ANYTHING BUT CUTE!!
We do think we have the mouse problem taken care of...Bryan found yet
another hole...over by our shed...by our air condition unit, where a
mouse could get into our house by our bedroom...now that hole is filled
and traps set everywhere...hopefully we our MOUSE FREE. But we will
certainly keep traps everywhere.
